Infobel.com is a Belgian company that was founded in 1995 and created the first white pages ever published on the web. France was added to the site in 1997 and Spain was added in 1998. In 2001, the company launched the first pan-European and multi-lingual telephone directory, with 130 million telephone subscribers and 15 million businesses.
